offers for sale products marked by the brand I Cangianti directly to its customers through this website https://www.icangianti.it/shop.
The sale of Products on the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions of sale.

INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER

The Products on the Site are offered for sale only to consumer customers, with the term customer means any natural person who makes purchases for purposes unrelated to commercial, entrepreneurial, craft or professional activity. The purchase of products on the site is allowed only to people of greater age, more than 18 years or other age. The Products offered for sale on the Site may be purchased and shipped only in the United Kingdom, in the European Union. Before confirming and sending a purchase order, the Customer must carefully read these Conditions of Sale and accept them. These Conditions of Sale govern, together with the privacy policy, the contract between the customer and I Changing regarding the sale of products on the site. By sending the purchase order, the Customer accepts and agrees to comply with these Conditions of Sale. If the Customer does not accept any of the conditions indicated in the Conditions of Sale, he must not send a purchase order for the products on the site.

ORDER PROCEDURE AND ACCEPTANCE

To purchase one or more Products, the customer must select the products of his interest. The products selected for purchase will be added to the cart. In order to be able to keep items in the shopping cart so that they can continue to be purchased at a later date, the customer must first create an online account and register with that account at the time of purchase. The customer has the possibility to modify any information entered by the same during the purchase process until the moment he confirms his order.  Once the order is sent it is no longer possible for the customer to modify or cancel the order . The sale procedure will be considered completed only when the customer sends the purchase order to I Cangianti by clicking on the "check out" button at the end of the purchase confirmation page. To place your order, you must provide your personal data, including your name, address, email address and payment details. In addition, you must tick the relevant box in order to confirm that you have accepted these conditions of sale. Before sending the order, we advise the customer to carefully review the summary of their order . After sending the order, I Cangianti will send the customer an email to confirm the receipt of the order by Cangianti and its processing (the "Order Confirmation"). Customers can access their orders at any time from the "My Account" section on the Site, or by contacting The Changing at cbs.winery@gmail.com, I Cangianti reserves the right not to accept orders placed by customers with whom there is a legal dispute relating to a previous order or for any other legitimate reason, without providing a reason. I Cangianti reserves the right not to accept and not to process orders that appear to have been submitted by merchants and/or distributors. For each Product offered for sale on the site, an image of the product will be displayed on the site, together with the unit price.

AVAILABILITY

I Cangianti is committed to ensuring the availability of all the products offered on the site, however, in exceptional cases, it may be possible that the products sold by Cangianti on the Site are not actually available. I Cangianti invites the customer to check the availability of the products offered for sale on the site at the time of purchase by writing directly to cbs.winery@gmail.com
If the Products ordered by the customer are temporarily not available, I Cangianti will inform the customer via email and at the same time will endeavour to find the most similar replacement products possible if possible.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The Prices of the Products available for sale on the Site are expressed in the product sheet.
All prices of the Products to be delivered will be inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and any indirect taxes (if applicable), and excluding duties and shipping costs (the latter will be charged separately). Shipping costs depend on the destination.
I Cangianti accepts payments via credit cards and PayPal.
For payments by credit card and PayPal, the Products purchased will be sent to the Customer only after verification of the Customer’s payment card data and only after receiving the Customer’s bank authorization to charge. Checking your payment card data may result in delays, but it will be reduced to a minimum and normally takes no more than 24/48 hours; however, this may take longer. Once payment is received, the order will be processed.

DELIVERY

Products will be shipped to the address provided during the purchase process. For security reasons, I Cangianti does not send any order to PO boxes or accept any order where it is impossible to verify the identity of the recipient of the order and the address of the natural person.
All purchases will be delivered by the courier service selected by Cangianti ("Corriere").
The Products will be delivered within 2-15 working days of the shipment confirmation, based on the shipping address and the customer’s destination country. Before sending the customer’s purchases, I Cangianti may need to confirm the customer’s details with the card issuer. The Cangianti are committed to doing their best to minimise delays, considering that these operations normally take no more than 24-48 hours. In the event that the customer does not receive the products within 7-15 (seven-ten) working days from receipt of the shipping confirmation, we recommend the Customer to contact I Cangianti by sending an email to cbs.winery@gmail.com

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For customers there is no right of withdrawal as Cangianti treat alcoholic beverages ( wine ) that due to their organoleptic and chemical-physical characteristics are subject to alteration also as a result of an inappropriate storage.

AMENDMENTS AND CORRECTIONS TO THE CONDITIONS OF SALE

I Cangianti reserves the right to modify or correct these conditions of sale, the information on the right of withdrawal, the products offered for sale on the site and the prices of the products, at any time and without notice to the customer. I Cangianti invites the customer to carefully check the conditions of sale and the privacy policy every time he uses the site to make a purchase. I Cangianti will make every effort to ensure that prices and other information on the Products displayed on the site are accurate and up to date. However, there may occasionally be printing errors, misrepresentations or omissions ("Errors") regarding the description, price, promotions, offers and availability of the products in question. I Cangianti reserves the right, at any time and without notice to the customer, to correct errors, to modify or update information, to revoke offers containing such errors and to cancel any order at any time before shipment. If the customer’s payment card is charged a payment for an order subsequently cancelled by Cangianti, only after a careful verification (with the purpose of verifying that it has been credited to Canginati)the customer will be informed promptly and I Cangianti will try to find a solution by mutual agreement with the customer.

CONFORMITY OF ORDERS

The customer is required to verify the products at the time of delivery to ensure that they match those ordered. Any anomaly identified at the time of delivery, including but not limited to, any tampering by third parties or damage to products, may be indicated by the customer to cbs.winery@gmail.com

NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

Customers will be required to inform Cangianti of any damage to products at the following e-mail address: cbs.winery@gmail.com. The email must include product details and pictures of the damage.

If the damage to the product is due by third parties (freight forwarder), I Cangianti will not be required to compensate the customer or to send back the same products at the expense of Cangianti, in return will take steps towards third parties in order to protect the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANGIANTI

In no circumstances shall I Cangianti be liable for damages of any nature, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, possibly caused to the customer and arising directly or indirectly:

your use of or inability to use the site;

the reliance placed by the customer on the information contained in the site;

errors, service interruptions, cancellations, damage or corruption of files and emails, software errors, viruses or defects, delays in operation or transmission, lack of communication, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to data, Changing programs or services.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

These conditions of sale are governed in all their aspects by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution of these conditions of sale will be the competent court of the place where the customer, as a consumer, has his residence.

If any of the provisions contained in these conditions of sale are considered invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, this provision shall be deemed separate and shall not affect the validity and applicability of the other provisions.
