Description
Our wines come from healthy grapes, which are specially selected and always fermented spontaneously without adding chemicals.
 Confine 2020 ( White Wine ) 
Trebbiano Toscano : fermented 7 days on the skins.
Malvasia : fermented on the skins for 6 days.
Fermentation takes place separately with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
Aging also takes place separately for 6/7 months in steel tanks on thin lees with various batonnage
Bottled without filtration
 Skizzo 2020 ( Sparkling White Wine ) 
- Trebbiano Toscano.
- 10% Prugnolo Gentile.
Fermented on the skins for 5 days with indigenous yeasts
Without temperature control.
Aged in steel tanks for 5/6 months and refermented in the bottle by ancestral method
 Skizzo 2020 ( Sparkling Rosé Wine ) 
Prugnolo Gentile 100%
Pressed in whole bunches
Aged in steel tanks for 5/6 months and refermented in the bottle according to ancestral method
 Murato 2020 ( Light Red Wine ) 

Prugnolo Gentile 100%

- ½ whole bunch crushed
- ½ fermented in whole clusters for 15 days with indigenous yeasts without temperature control.
Fermentation takes place separately with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
Aging also takes place separately for 6/7 months in steel tanks on thin lees with various batonnage
Bottled without filtration

 Ambiguo 2020 ( Red Wine ) 
- Canaiolo : fermented in whole bunches for 10 days.
- Prugnolo Gentile : fermented in whole bunches for 15 days.
Fermentation takes place separately with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
Aging also takes place separately for 6/7 months in steel tanks on thin lees with various batonnage
Bottled without filtration
 Promiscuo 2020 ( Red Wine ) 
- Prugnolo Gentile: fermented on the skins for 7 days.
- Merlot: fermented on the skins for 10 days.
- Cabernet: fermented on the skins for 6 days.
Fermentation takes place separately with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
Aging also takes place separately for 6/7 months in steel tanks on thin lees with various batonnage
